Our weekly timetable includes Functional Fitness and Boxing classes running every weekday, with sessions designed to suit a range of schedules and experience levels.
Personal Training sessions are arranged directly with your coach to ensure availability aligns with your goals and routine.
All class bookings, memberships and payments are managed securely through the Octiv Fitness system. When you select a class or choose to sign up, you’ll be redirected to Octiv to complete your booking.
