Tier 1 – Corporate Member Discount
Register your business with Refined Fitness and your employees receive 10% off 3-month membership packages.
There is no cost to the business to register.
This option allows employees to train independently in our Functional Fitness or Boxing classes while benefiting from a reduced rate.

Tier 2 – Private Group Training
(Non-Exclusive Facility Use)
Designed for departments, sales teams, offices, schools and organisations wanting to train together.

• 30-minute coached session
• Structured functional training session
• The gym remains operational during your booking
This option offers a focused team session within our normal operating hours.
Tier 3 – Exclusive Facility Experience
(Premium Corporate Option)
For organisations wanting privacy and dedicated space.
Includes:
• 30-minute coached session
• 15-minute exclusive post-session facility access
• No other members or personal training during your booking
Rate:
R2,200 per session (maximum 6 people)

Refined Fitness is a boutique training studio specialising in coached group classes in functional fitness and boxing. Unlike traditional gyms with open access, we focus exclusively on structured, professionally guided sessions in a supportive, community-oriented environment.
We maintain small class sizes to deliver high-quality coaching and individual attention:
• Boxing classes: maximum 16 participants
• Functional fitness classes: maximum 20 participants
Yes, advance booking is required for all classes to secure your spot and preserve the intimate training experience.

Yes. We offer tailored levels to suit a range of abilities:
• Beginner-Intermediate — perfect for newcomers or those returning to training
• Intermediate-Advanced — suited to members with more experience seeking greater challenge.
Every class is fully coached, with modifications and progressions available so you can train safely and progress at your own pace.
Yes. Our on-site coffee bar serves quality coffee and light snacks — an ideal spot for members and guests to relax, refuel, or connect after training.
We provide two core formats, each available in Beginner-Intermediate and Intermediate-Advanced levels:
- Functional Fitness — circuit-style workouts integrating strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and mobility
- Technical Boxing — focused sessions developing proper technique, footwork, power, and overall conditioning

Yes. We provide customised 1-on-1 and small-group personal training sessions, designed around your specific goals, movement needs, and schedule.
Where availability allows, yes. We will pair you with a coach whose expertise and approach best match your objectives.
