FUNCTIONAL FITNESS EXPLAINED

Functional fitness focuses on movements that translate into daily life — lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and stabilising.

Our functional fitness classes are delivered in a circuit format, allowing members to work at their own pace while being guided by experienced coaches. Mobility and recovery are built into each session, supporting both performance and longevity.
